All I know is, if I was an important guy like the General I wouldn't be wasting my time responding to wind ups on here from those with enough time on their hands to waste on these discussion forums like...er...me!

This "important guy" is semi-retired, and someone has to call these industry infecting bastards into account! Starting with the likes of Outlaws. I've seen their idiotic spewings ruin hundreds of careers, and responsible for uncounted wasted lives of those foolish enough to follow such abject stupidities. That must be how they get their jollies off - ruining anything they can - because they sure aren't worth a damn any where else in Creation.
Even so, there IS some damned good talent represented here, and most of them are NOT the chuckle-heads of Outlaws and clan. I've scanned a lot of the posts and most are very down to earth - except for the humor We're entertainers, and we'll jump on any opening! And we should!
But as for the advice they offer, most of it is sound, and a lot of it is from first hand experience. The fact I've been fortunate enough to have had a LOT of varied experience in this Best Of All Industries, and made a better than average Upper Class living from it, does not endow me with any special privilege, but it does come with the responsibility of making as sure as I can that anyone else who wants the same for themselves should have it - without the wastes and bull driveled out by the Idiot Element. Those who want to gather in the Idiot Element Camp can do so. In fact, the more they isolate themselves into their own entertain-one-another cess pools, the better off the rest of the Industry becomes!
The fact I maintain a full schedule - in a lot of other endeavors - shouldn’t be an excuse for me to sit back and let the Idiot Element spew their verbal manure all over those just starting out or those making a dedicated effort to make a living from doing what they like - music and entertainment.
