For the latest project I've been working on in Cubase, I wanted to have the songs work together in a continuous mix, so the listener hears no break between certain songs but an interweaving of each (most) song. However, I obviously want to bea able to skip ahead tracks. My question is, is there a way in Cubase, or Sound Forge as that's where I do alot of mastering stuff, to have a continous wave but split it up so that you can skip tracks? Does anyone know how this is done if it is impossible in these programs?

Any help is very much appreciated?

most cd burning software these days will let you decide how much space there will be between songs. You will want the minum which will be undectectable while listening but will allow you to skip around. So yeah that will work.
