Splitting a stereo track in Sonar 2.0?

Is it possible to record a stereo signal and then split the left and right signals and put them into separate tracks as mono?
 
Highlight the track, then choose Edit > Bounce to Tracks. In the pop-up window under the drop down box for Format, choose Mix to Separate Left and Right Tracks.
