Spirit FX16 phantom power interference?

Hello,
My Spirit FX16 has recently started producing occasional noise on the outputs, which stops when Phantom Power is turned off.

Anyone any ideas what this could be and what I could do to solve it? I'm fairly new to all this so not sure what the problem is other than as described above and what to do to fix it.

I'd say we need more information.
Which microphone, what's your set up?, that sort of thing.
Give folks an idea of what you're doing and they'll jump in for sure.
