spectral analizer??

Does anyone have the link to a spectral analizer. The reason Im asking is...a couple of months ago I saw a thread that had a link to a cool free spectral analizer and now that i want to try it I cant find the thread.

Hey thanks for the help guys...but I havent been able to get that spectral analizer to work. Im using PTLE. I dont know but I think its a direct X plugin and i dont think it will work with PTLE...at least I havent been able to get it to work. The link I am looking for was different. I dont know...anyone able to help me het it to work?
