i have afew questions on how to do these certain effects

I wnana know how to do a warp slow down on vocals

Like if I have a line that goes
"mary had a little lamb whos fleece was white as snow"
I want the last part "white as snow" to suddenly sound warped, and lower as if its in slow motion

also is there a way to dual record a track or vocal, and make your voice sound deeper or more rugged?

You could select that part of the waveform and do a time stretch/pitch change on it.
