Speakers and soundcards

Hello,

I have an MBox and I recently got some JBL Control LA speakers. Should I be plugging them in to the MBox or my CPU? Do I need an amplifier? How do I connect the speaker wire to the 1/4 inch inputs in the MBox? I did not upgrade my soundcard when I got the MBox. Should I have?

The JBL's are standard stereo speakers ??
Bare wire will not plug into a PC.
You will need to splice on some connectors or...
Run the cards output to your stereo as an alternative.
