Soundforge 10 pro center channel seems missing

Hi,

I am new.

I just got SF10 pro and upgraded to win 7, so everything is brand new.

as I was playing around with some basic recording, stuff I used to do with SF9 I noticed that The center channel seems to be missing.
what i mean is that when i am recording a movie or something through a movie player, SF10 records every other chanel but the center channel.

all the vocals are missing and i can hear all the other channels fine, i think.

i have realtec HD for my computer sound software.

realtec is set to 5.1 channels and i tried to record SF10 in 5.1 as well.

any help is appreciated.

Hi.

I did some playing around and I found out that if i change the realtec settings to stereo (2 channels) that it seems to record better, but why wont it record all 5.1 channels when the computers setttings (realtec) are set to 5.1?
