You can do it using the auxes. I always just use 1+2 to my headphone amp and send it to up to 6 headphones. I really try to get the musicians happy with one feed. If you want 3 or 4 - use more auxes to the headphone amp...your amp will need to be able to accept more than one feed. My Rane HC6 will...
I forget how many are pre/post switchable...but pre will enable you to move your faders while they play without affecting what's in their earholes.
you can also do it using the groups...i've seen people do this with other boards...it seems weird to me but whatever floats the boats.

i've used the ghost for the past 2 years and i cannot remember if the thing has a stereo aux out... i don't use many but i hope this helps some.
