WTF is chocolate cheese?

It's taken from a Ween album called "Chocolate and Cheese."

The Firepod hooks up via firewire correct? If I was recording a couple of intruments at the same time with a Firepod, would it come up as one or two tracks in my software?

You can record up to 8 tracks seperately with the firepod (10 if you count the s/pdif inputs)
