Soundcard help

Which one of these is the better one? I am using Acid program and I am trying to find out which one to buy.

M-Audio Audiophile 2496 PCI Digital Audio Card

E-mu 0404 PCI Digital Audio Recording System

I would look at the spec's but for the money both cards are pretty decent sound wise
