Sound problems still !!!!!

Hey I hope someone can help.I have the Logic Delta 66.Thought I blew the speakers or the I/O box or even the soundcard went bad.Well I went got a new sound card and speakers.Put that all in deleted the Logic and now it sounds a little better but still shitty.Could it possibly be that the processor is bad or the sound somehow in the computer?I have a celeron 1.2 cpu.It's a Compac 5000 series.If you can help please do.Thank you.

A "bad" processor CAN cause audio or video artifacts.....yes

Im the future NEVER BY A CELERON PROCESSER...... Only pentium runs at the true speed listed ex... pent3 @1.2 =1.2 athlon @1.2 =1.0-1.1 cele @1.2 = 850-900 ..... they are bottom of the line econ chips...

dec what are you smoking??? celeron's run at the advertised speed athlon t-birds run at speed the ONLY chips that don't run at what you might think they run at are theAthlon MP and XP series.. the athlon Xp 2000+ does not run at 2gig it performs like a chip that runs at 2gig but regardless celeron's run at speed.
