Hello everyone! great forum here.

I have a question regarding my home studio setup.

What do people recommend for tracking: Cool Edit Pro 2.0 or Cubase VST? Does Cool Edit support VST plugs, or only DirectX?

How about for Editing/Mastering: Sound Forge 5 or Wavelab?

Thanks everyone!!

wav lab

one good thing about wavlab is you can process large amount of samples at the same time. I haven't been able to figure if sound forge can do this. I have 4.5. The other good thing about sf is it opens up in cakewalk. does wavlabe open up in cubase?
