Sound Cards

i am in the process of building a new computer (P4, 800mhz FSB, 1 GB DDR, etc..) i was wondering what type of soundcard to purchase. i dont need anything too complicated. i plan on plugging a mixer into the sound card and recording that way. so i guess i just need a good sounding card with a line in or whatever type of input you would need for a mixer. oh yeah i dont want to spend too much either (max $200, but would rather spend $100-$150)

any suggestions? thanks in advance.
