sound card?

What would be a sound card you would recomend for under $ 200?
I'm going to be recording my guitar and vocals.
I've heard people mention in this forum the audiophile 2496?
Would you recomend a break out box, a external sound card, or anything else? are they easy to install, i have a dell 8200, pentium 4.

Audiophile should do it. Do you have a preamp?

Audiophile and Audio Buddy ($160 + $80) will fucntion as a soundcard and breakout box.....leave the Audio Buddy connected to the Audiophile and keep the Audio Buddy desktop and you can plug/unplug from there......
