Hi! Can anyone suggest me which sound card should i buy (with 2 Hi-z please) in under 200$? I have found m-audio fast track pro but i ve heard some bad thing about it...

The bad things are that it take some time to fiddle with the settings to get working, extremely high noise level plugging an electric guitar into the 1/4" jack, Microphone pre-amp is not as strong as advertised, Noise was evident in headphones when usb bus was attached to computer, Poor sound quality.

A Hi-Z (Hi Impendance*) input means its suitable for guitars / basses or even microphones. When i say 2 Hi-z i mean i want 2 inputs for guitar.

*google it (High and Low Impedance Signals)

Saffire USB 6 have high Z inputs. I checked around and it has a 2K ohm input for microphone inputs and greater than 10K for line inputs. It should be enough to get a great sounding guitar or vocal recording.

I checked it out and it seems pretty good. what about Focusrite 2i2 ? which one do you think is better?

Can anyone answer me which is better? Native Instruments 6, Fast Track c400 or Roland UA-55 Quad?
I really need your help because i am planting on buying one of these next week!
