sound card with input strengths????

i have a 14 track behringer mixer.. the ub2222 and i need a new sound card, i am gonna record bands.. i have mics and all... i need a good card for around 300 that can let me record maybe 4 tracks at the same time onto single tracks.. so wat im sayin.. i want to be able to record simultaneously bass, and 3 guitars onto diff. tracks on coledit pro... possible? for 300 bucks? plz answer asap

I checked out your website and it seems you have a Delta1010lt already. Shouldn't you be able to do that already???

anyway, other options maybe delta44/66 (4I/Os)

If you have the 1010 already then you have the inputs needed. But Im not so sure you should go with cool edit as your sequencing program.
