Sound Card Fryed... :(

I thought this was the best way to record anything cheaply. It turns out I am wrong. Despite all the warnings, I continued to record this way and fryed my sound card. Now there is no input and the output to speakers stink. I need a new lil method... Let's go blow something up!

Okay, so check out this thread I posted... does it sound like the same situation? I am using a mixer instead of a guitar amp...
