i have a mic, i have a beat, how do i record my lyrics OVER the beat?? using just my computer and the cheap little mic i have? any info would be appreciated,

You need multitrack recording software. nTrack, Power Tracks Pro, the various versions of Cakewalk/SONAR, Cubase... and several others.
If you're using loops primarily you might look at SONY ACID or Ableton Live too...
