Peavey ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Anyone know how to find Ed's excellent article on using reverb? I looked all over the place, search engine, going through Ed's posts, etc and I can't find it.

Anyone happen to have a link handy? I thought it would be a good one to bring to the top again if it got that buried.

Take care,
Chris

Chris,

I have Ed's thesis "Understanding Reverb via the Digital Effects Processor" saved as an 8 page Word document...........I don't know if that is what you are refering to though. I wouldn't re-post it without Ed's approval.

ChrisO

I remember what you're talking about. It might be on Ed's 'I will finally share some secrets about mixing' thread.

I have it saved, too- and I'm certain it was its own thread. I just thought it would be a good thread with some meat to it to bring to the surface. Oh, well. I'll either find it or I won't.

Chris

hi Chris. The thing is that the search function on the site is working, but it's not spanning all the threads, just the new ones. I think everything happened when there was that big chrash a couple of months ago.

Dragon: are you there? Please bring the old threads back :-)

Cheers, Andrés

Thanks, dobro.

I guess Chris needs to work on his search technique. Somehow seraching for "reverb" in posts by "sonusman" didn't do the trick.

:)

G'night (yawn- can you believe I'm still at work?)
Chris

I couldn't find Harvey's post about mic placement and "don't remember-whatelse" (may have been diaphragm polarity or something) because the search engine only searchs new threads, even if you select "1 year".

Well I hope I'm not showing my ignorance here :D :o

Go back one page in Mixing/Mastering to the thread "Understanding Reverb"(Copyright Ed Rei)

Thank you so much, Gidge!

You're the man! (no mexican food included, please) ;)
