IF you're using 'Real one player' which I believe comes with XP:
Put a blank CD in.
It will ask what you what's up.
('Real One' should come up highlighted...(Select it) and Ok.)
Give it a second, then on the left it will have 4 steps
1. Leave 'Audio' in the box.
2. Click 'Add clips' ( If you see your tunes there, then right click on each one and 'Select them one by one...If they are NOT there, then Hit 'Browse' and open the 'My Music' folder on the left...Again, select them on by one.
3. In the Audio options' select
'Place a 2 second gap between songs'
3 1/2. At the bottom (somewhere) it will have 'Select all clips'...
( I hit that for good measure)
4. Burn CD
IF YOU ARE USING WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER:
( I personally find Media Player a pain, but i just try to bumble through it without reading the instructions, so that's my own fault not the program's.)
-FROM THE HELP FILE-:
Click Copy to CD or Device.
-or-
Click the File menu, point to Copy, and then click Copy to Audio CD.
In the Music to Copy pane, select the playlist or category of tracks that you want to copy from Media Library.
The number of selected items and total time is displayed at the bottom of the Music to Copy pane.
If necessary, clear any check boxes for tracks you do not want to copy.
Insert a blank CD
Click Copy Music.
