It's supposed to sound kind of sick and atonal...

Sorry man. No love in the clinic for you this time around. Seems like a lot of people are getting stiffed these days?
Anyway, this is obviously way short. I guess I don't yet get what you're going for overall. The guitar parts seem well performed (sounds somewhat difficult to do what you're doing and sounds like you did it well), but the tone seems overly sizzly to me.
Kinda empty as is with just the multi-layered guitars and then the thin electronic beat behind it. Flesh it out more - add some bass - bigger, more interesting drums...longer
