It semms like on my songs i can hear it dragin, Our voices our high then low, Is it because of too much compression, or the way i got the compression set On release and makeup gain. Someone please help.

If by dragging and high and low you mean the speed and pitch of the music is changing then this is not compression. If you are in the digital world it is a clocking problem, if you are in the analog world it is a transport problem.
If by high and low you mean the volume or apperant loudness is going up and down than this indeed could be bad compression.
