Song demo for Conservatoire

Hey Guys,

My brother is aplying for the Conservatoire of Amsterdam and he has to submit 3 demo's. He asked me to make one of the 3 songs and mix his music for him.
So i began to write one and this came out.
The drums in this clip are from Addictiver drums for now but we're planing to hire some drum mics to record my brother and his live kit.
(That's gonna be a challenge because I never actually recorded and mixed drums myself, but i've read a bunch of books and forums to get started)
In the song I wanted to make some room for the drums so he can do his fills and stuff.

I wonder what you guys think about this song, mix and conceptual-wise.

Note: the song playlength is now 1:49 but i'm planning to make it a full-length song, around 3 minutes or so.

Sounds good. The lead keyboard could be a bit louder. He should be fine.
