SONAR question

Hi... this is my first post but ive been lurking here for a while.. most of my questions have been answered in the forum already.. by the way thanks to everyone helping out.

So this is my question.. Is it possible to import more patches into the group of patches already in SONAR and if so how do you do it?

First I just have to point out that you must be talking about patch information (names, numbers, etc.), not actual patches... (The patches themselves are on the synths.)

The lists you see in SONAR are in what is called an instrument definition file. The structure of the file is well-documented and you can certainly create extra ones or edit exiting ones. Look in the manual under instrument definitions, or go here on Cakewalk's site:

I should have phrased my question a little better..

I have created some samples in vienna and want to import them into SONAR so I can play them.. how can i do this?
