Sonar locking up!! AHHHH!!!

Hey folks, I'm having an issue with Sonar 3 locking up on my XP system. It does not appear to be related to anything I can pinpoint though. Has anyone had issues like this? It is VERY frustrating. Here are my computer specs:
AMD 3200 CPU
512 Ram
120 gig HD
M-audio Delta 44 sound card

Have you happened just install the SP2? There's sticky post in Cakewalk's own Sonar forum regarding this issue... Read here...
