Sonar Lagging...

I'm using Sonar 8 and I've come across a bit of a weird problem.

I'm doing a bit of mixing for a friend and he's sent me over all the stems. I've loaded them up, its playing absolutely fine, not a problem at all.

BUT

The meters and everything are only updating every second or so!!! Very annoying!

I've had a play around with various settings and stuff, gave myself bigger/smaller buffers. Can't seem to make a difference at all.

Anyone else had this and know how to sort it out?!

depending of which version you have of sonar there is a setting
to update the meters refresh rate. I have not used sonar for a
couple of months so I can't give you the exact menus.

Have you inadvertently pressed the Pause key on your keyboard?
