My apologies for this being my first post, but I've tried everything and I'm becoming quite frustrated with this problem. When I record audio, such as from my guitar or bass, I'm always recording with a metronome, and I know I'm on beat with the met. Then, when I play the audio back with the playback met, the audio slowly gets ahead of the beat and it gets progressively worse and worse as the playback continues. I've fixed this problem before, but I just reformatted my computer and can't remember what I did to fix it. Does anyone have any suggestions? Maybe I'm not the only one who has had this problem.
