ear art's not a science
I looked in the manual but I did not find an answer to this yet. (big manual) .. In sonar 2 when you hit play and then stop it would resume from where you stopped... BUT in sonar 3 it goes back to the point where you started to play the first time VEry annoying..
How do I tun this off
It does this with looping NOT enabled!
Peace
Bill

And the answer IS.
Go to options global and uncheck the rewind function!!
Thanks for the help, even though I did find it myself

I actually love this new feature - it really helps when retracking tricky passages.
I have got used to using the <CTRL><SPACE> keys to stop in the old 2.2 way and just the normal <SPACE> to stop and rewind to where I started.
Works for me......(Except when I forget)

It's been there since Sonar 1 (maybe it's older, I don't remember)...
Not as the default, dear sir, hence my ignorance

Always go through the new menus with the manual in hand. Then you know what's there.
