At 1:23 when the lower part comes in instead of filling it out it just got muddy. I know what your shooting for musically so Im a little perplexed as to what to tell you to do. It's also masking the crispness of the bass drum. Perhaps carve out some space for that bass drum, maybe a little sidechain compression-just to get the bass drum speaking clearly. I think then that you would retain your etherealness without muddying up the end of the track.
