Something I started, should I finish it?

Just the first couple lines and the chorus, but I am not sure if it is something I should finish or not.

The empty ends of time
Fills the lonelyness of my mind

there seems to be a big use of the word time. it depends on the audience and style, but it seems like you have sections that repeat the theme and it doesn't move to a new space. perhaps this is just one section of a song that there will be more of, but standing alone it doesn't speak much to me.
