we tracked 4 songs on a friday/saturday and all came out really nice. I worked with this guy on the road live for 2 years and heard him play acoustic live many times at after show parties....so I asked him to play it on the sunday morning before we started mixing. Head full of shit from the night before we threw the SP B1 on the guitar threough the board (A&H SABER) and put the vocals through an SM58 via a M-Audio TAMPA, recorded to cool edit, AAPro, sucked out all the hiss from this old board and migrated to cubase SX2.......we used some Blockfish compression, all reverb came from the outboard alesis & lexicon
This is the day after the recording remember, vocal bleed in the guitar track & guitar in the vocal but here it is.....can't deep link till I pay my dues...

I've been quite opinionated recently in the clinic so give it back, and thanks in advance,
Alec
