I want a final opinion on the song. It's called French Toast, and I need opinions on the solidarity of the vocals i.e. consistent volume and overall sound, and on a side note, what genre would you classify it as? To whomever replies, I owe my undying affection. thanks.

French Toast

Goldie - looking chain. Comedy rap. Its good though, I like it, vocal sounds consistent to me :-)

I agree....Rap/ Hip-Hop, with some comedy. Not a bad tune. Made me smile.

Yes, I agree with Dog on genre.

In the beginning the voice is not so tight, but as you go, especially toward the end of the song, it gets tight.

The volume seems fine.

You really need Bigwill or someone who does hip-hop/rap to listen.

Good luck!

A genre on the mp3 chart though, as far as ID3 tagging. I don't think comedy rap is on there, is it?

Thats a shame. Perhaps just put it under rap or hophop I guess

Yeah, at this point, Rap, or Hip-Hop in general will have to do. You could really throw people off, and label it Country, or even Classical.... :D

Tight as in delivery style, or production? All I really want to know are these 3 things:

1. What ID3 acceptable genre should I put it in?
2. Are the vocals consistent in volume & quality (can you make out every word?)
3. Are the volumes set well between the beat, the waiter intro, and the main vocals?

Left vocal seems louder than left and center panning at the intro. You still forgot to post a warning about the swear words in this tune man. Got a lot of pops and crackles in the beginning of the tune. Nice background thump happening throughout ....
