Somebody kill me NOW!

Okay, I totally don't get it!!! I have a YamahaMw12cx. I installed Cubase with a built in driver which is ASIO DirectXFull Duplex Driver. I've also set-up the VST connections with a Stereo Input and Mono Output and I've selected the USB Audio Codec which is my YamahaMw12cx . BUT STILL NO INPUT ! The Cubase program won't detect my mixer!!! WHY? Even in Audacity it detects my USB Audio Codec but wont give me any inputs??!!

Did you download the driver from HERE?

This driver is what you would select under Devices>Device Setup...VST Audio Device (or something like that). The same place you selected the ASIO DirectX one.

Yes I did. I've done a couple of research is that the same as the Yamaha ASIO directks Driver? I'm trying to find a download link for it but cant seem to find one. And yes I've selected that on the VST conections but still no input. :/
