Some "spaced out music"!

Just spacing out lately working on this, some cool chord changes I think.. How's the mix?

 
This is my new Gretsch 5420 I just got at Christmas time by the way..

Great guitar sound man. I love a clean sound like that. Really good mix and I like the changes too
 
Well thanks! I'm glad some other people like clean sounds, I used to be on the fizzy distortion dark side, but I saw the light! :-)
 
Great sound. Being a Star Trek fan from when it first came out in the 60s, I really appreciate your take on the Alexander Courage penned theme song. I would love to have a Gretsch White Falcon or a Country Gentleman. Love the clean guitar sound the laid back feel of the song.
 
Can I ask what type of synth comes in at 1:00? I love that tone.

I think the song is pretty cool man. I personally wouldn't have made this song as hi-fi as it sounds because it has throwback to lot of old sounds. I would have kept the song more mid-rangey but that's just my taste. Great guitar work btw.
 
Hey--this is awesome. I agree with everyone else: great tone on that guitar. But overall it's just as good. A very well balanced mix--every element has its own place and sits just right. Lots of great textures going on without anything getting buried.

Congrats on a great track.
 
wow this is wonderful. I guess someone might have to pick on the drums or something... I guess. one of the better listens around here. solid playing too.
