after i came back from work today, my roommate had downloaded Acid Pro 3.0 off Kazaa and registered with MY name and email.

now what i would like to know is that would i be charged with hundreds of dollars by the makers of Acid Pro?? If so, can i just deleted the program and tell'em i don't want it?
 
First thing I would do is get rid of Kazaa! NOW. Musicians are entitled to make a living. Kazaa undermines that basic right. Just my rant.

Then I would sue him for identity theft and assault and battery.
 
I heared Kazaa is going to press charges against the RIAA because the try to undermine their activities...

Well duh... Get rid of that Kazaa: not only does it dump loads of spyware on your harddrive, it pisses 1000's of honest musicians off.
