just watched an old time classic on tv...so i fired up my keys and did a quick recording

new york, new york

not finally mixed or even mastered.....

thanks....after a coffee and nearly cleared from the alcohol last night, i think i should now do this properly:D

ok....i have updated the link above...any words on the mix so far?

a slight bump

i know, this might be not your music and i am still a beginner with the entire homerecording thing (i'm looking better in an fully equiped studio with someone else doing the mix and mastering)...but any advice would be helpful in my common trouble spots

bass:
[ ]is there any?
[ ]fine with me
[ ]too much, thanks for gettin' me in trouble with my neighbours

highs:
[ ]if you would add some
[ ]good job
[ ]there are highs, definitly

volume:
[ ]you've uploaded something?
[ ]overall fine
[ ]i am not allowed to listen to loud music after 10pm

stereofield:
[ ]if you get everything a bit closer, i would call it mono
[ ]i've spotted the instruments
[ ]left, right, left, right, left.....

thanks in advance and greetings from the old world

Sounds fine. You gonna do any lyrics?

How do you go from 80's cheese-metal to this? :D
