Hey w'sup guys!Been using sonar 2 on my system and it picked the vocals well. After my upgrade to 3.1,I've been experiencig a slight drag in my recordings.Well, other guys don't seem to notice it,but am very particular in my vocals.
I run a Pentium III 1.1 Ghz,390MB RAM,80GB(7200Rpm)-for my Audio & 20GB 5400RPM for my softwares-into an SB Live sndcard.
Any word of advice?

Yeah, explain drag...

Sonar 3 has different (better) audio engine, which may sound different (in my case, it's brighter and more detail on high end). Other than that, I think your overall machine spec has something to do with the result. Sonar 3 tends to require better machine (P4 class, min 512 RAM, speedy HD, and most of all is better soundcard). I couldn't believe when people use Sonar 3 PE with only SB Live! card... You've spent hundreds on Sonar, why didn't you pay attention on soundcard anyhow? :p

Anyway, try wave profiler, and set latency to gain best performance at least.
