some little drag

Hey w'sup guys!Been using sonar 2 on my system and it picked the vocals well.After my upgrade to 3.1,I've been experiencig a slight drag in my recordings.Well,other guys don't seem to notice it,but am very particular in my vocals.
I run a Pentium III 1.1 Ghz,390MB RAM,80GB(7200Rpm)-for my Audio & 20GB 5400RPM for my softwares-into an SB Live sndcard.
Any word of advice?

Yeah, explain drag...

Sonar 3 has different (better) audio engine, which may sound different (in my case, it's brighter and more detail on high end). Other than that, I think your overall machine spec has something to do with the result. Sonar 3 tends to require better machine (P4 class, min 512 RAM, speedy HD, and most of all is better soundcard). I couldn't believe when people use Sonar 3 PE with only SB Live! card... You've spent hundreds on Sonar, why didn't you pay attention on soundcard anyhow?

Anyway, try wave profiler, and set latency to gain best performance at least.
