Hi - I've been using Cakewalk GT Pro (bec it's easy) & just heard about n-track & esp. Mackie Tracktion. I have great respect for Mackie... Any thoughts on either of these recording programs? Thanks

wont be beat imho.
i also use magix music studio. between both of these i'm set for years.
just try the demoes. powertracks has several unique featues you wont find in other software. its only 49 bucks for 48 tracks .
