Software samplers

I love hip-hop and I'm trying to sort out a home setup so I can write and record some of my own. I am using Logic. I've seen a lot of videos of chopping samples etc on hardware such as the classic MPC range.

What can anyone recommend as a software sampler that follows a similar process to the MPC?
 
I use Poise by one small clue. Great one programmer operation great price too. you can try the demo too. I use Reaper, so I chop in reaper and drag and drop samples between reaper and poise FAST. 16 outputs per instance and filters, layers, asdr, mono/poly etc. Great if you can record into your day and chop there on track 1 and have poise on track 2 to drop your samples into if your daw has drag in and out.
