Software for real time

I need a program that will allow me to record 4 tracks, one at a time (pref lower end)in real time

I would also like this program to include wav or other files so I can insert instrumentals

Are there programs that will automatically insert instrumental voices on separate tracks that could adequately accompany the vocal?

4 Tracks, one at a time ? ... No problems ! all the sequencing software does this. For a budget get N-Tracks or PowerTrak Pro else go for Cakewalk, LOGIC or Cubase VST ..

You wanna add instruments ? I'll suggest the ACID Rock or DJ (depending on your style of music) as they come many instrument samples. Do check out what it can do for you.
