Is this possible? Can I at least save each track as a wave file on CD and open them up in Protools?

You should be able to do it using wave files, but you might want to put a click track intro on all the tracks to align them properly once imported in to PT.

You can also export as an OMF file, but I don't remember if this feature was available in 1.3, might not have been introduced until 2.0 or 2.1. If you do have this ability, check with the Pro Tools owner to make sure he can import this format.

no omf file in 1.3

yeah, 2.0 has export to omf. A click track eh? Sounds like a pain in the ass?

I would just make sure that all tracks in the sonar project start at "0" in the timeline, with no empty spaces, once this is done you can export the tracks one at a time into a new folder, then the tracks in that folder should import into any other software at the "0" point on the timeline, it should all be in perfect sync, I have done this many times with several programs including Sonar 2.2XL, Guitar Tracks Pro, Cool Edit Pro, and SAWStudio.

I was going to suggest the same solution. :)
