So many inputs and outpus on my PC, head spinning, software needed

I have a dell 9100, nice machine, but its making my head spin. I am also using Tascam-US428 and Cool edit pro. :confused: :confused: :confused:

I have nay inputs and outputs to the Pc not including the USB Tascam and USB Mic I have.

What I am looking for is an all around patch program that shows me all my inputs and outputs and I can enable, disable and patch anything I want. This program would be a huge help. If anyone knows of such a program, please let me know!!

You can control most signal routing functions within most sequencers...Cubase, Sonar, Logic, Pro Tools are the big names...in the mixer within these programs, you can control all of your inputs, outputs, routing, etc., etc.
 
I was just hoping for an easyer way, like with a visual patch board where I can connect and mix inputs and outputs.
