All the above mentioned mikes (that I have heard) are very good. I would lean towards the AT3035. I felt the AT4033 was a bit tinney on the high end, especial;ly for acoustic guitar; but it depends more on how the mike matches the voice, instrument, and personal preference. NT1 is a fine choice and a well-respected mike.
If you really want a surprise, try out an Electrovoice C04 (a dynamic mike) on the guitar.
