Whew...
Tonight I knocked out the first track for the new project I'm working on. Definitely has a mid 90's feel to it, all sample-driven production, and straight forward flows. It really feels good to make music I want to listen to, instead of doing whats "hot" for the time being...
I can honestly say, this project is going to have a nostalgia feel about it, yet possess longevity in terms of replay value. I honestly think I'm going to shop this project to indie labels. I have a homie on ABB records, and a few other homies signed to major indie labels. I think maybe it's time I threw my hat in the ring...
07 is my year, fam. I can feel it. God is going to do big things with me, I seriously feel it. I hope I have ya'll support...
And no, I don't plan to post anything for ya'll to hear... at least not right now. You can wait with anticipation.
