This is a song I wrote a long time ago and re-wrote recently. It was a songwriting exercise to "write a James Bond movie theme". I ended up not liking it all that much. Oh well.

 
Seems it has that middle 60's mix vibe, but not a middle 60's sound. If you know what I am trying to say?

Everything is there, but still seems like something is missing. Maybe it is a bass hook? Nothing bad from my listen, just felt like it needs more ??? Salt? Good tune.
 
Like the nicely done crunch of guitars...always dig your vocals, especially the chorus harmonies , this song has your sound for sure. Agree maybe a little bass guitar lite. I like the snare sound.

I love the vocals! Nice balance between parts. Bass gets a bit lost at times. I think adding some sustained lines by an organ or horns would provide a nice contrast of texture.
Maybe some more auxiliary percussion, maracas...bongos?
 
The vocals are great. The drums need to be more solid so they propel the song along. I think a tighter groove would really lift this. Composition is cool. Guitars sound good.
 
So I dl this and listen on repeat. Sounds really good. Some words I didn’t catch. Your vocals never sounded better. Bass might be on the light side or maybe I had my light bass cans on.
