Hey,
My site is in beta mode at the moment. It has a few mp3 snippets on the music page I would like some feedback on. Any feedback on the site would be appreciated too.

I thought the production and performances were really tight.
That disco funk lacked the excitement of songs like those written and performed by the AWB or other bands of that genre. It seems that's not your style- just something you can technically reproduce. In the other clippets you seemed more at home with the style.
 
Gotta agree with doc, tight is right....would have liked to have heard more of "Round", particularly....gibs

Well you saw right through my first attempt at funk and horn parts. Can't blame a guy for trying. I just got my domain name registered, and the site that is up now is the old one that I've had forever. I will be updating it quite a bit in the next couple weeks. (With more complete clips of a few songs.) Please keep checking back and let me know what you think.

Excellent recording quality, wish the snippets were longer...the website looks great too. Will it be a while before there is more to it?
 
It will probably be around 2 or 3 weeks before anything new is on the site. I'm planning on redoing the entire thing from the ground up with an enitrely new look. The current one is just too black for me. I'm also planning on including longer clips, plus lyrics and notes on all my songs. I'll keep you posted as it progresses.

Great looking site there AC, d/l'd 'round' and it was way to short . . . definately a handful of downright nasty chops though, nice mix too.
 
Has anyone mentioned..

...wanting to hear longer clips? :)

Just joking. I listened to Downtown and that is seriously tight. I like the bass and the overall sound you got there, but it might be just a little too tight and clean for my taste. I'd like to hear it sounding more raw and powerfull, but then again I guess this style of music lends itself well to exactly the way you have it now. Did I hear a handclap in there at a few places? That was cool, and I think a few of those strung together would sound good. I'm ready to hear those longer clips.
