small problem

I'm getting sonar any day now but in the meantime i had a strange problem last night. I recorded midi onto track one and when i tried to record audio on track two , the midi would play back twice as fast. It would go back to normal speed when i unarmed track 2. What is this?

Spec of yours plz... PC, OS, Driver, etc.
Specialy sound card & the audio setting in Sonar...
