Slackmaster & other Delta users...

The new Delta drivers are out. Have any of you tried them to see if the weird latency problem has been solved? Anyone tried them at all? Any improvements or new problems? I have a session soon, dont need any trouble.

I'm going to test it as soon as I have a chance. I suspect the track-offset issue is resolved ('Improved WDM' ... hehe)
 
I downloaded them last night, and will install them tonight.
 
I'm still scared to fix something that isn't broke!

just noticed where you are from. I graduated from Birmingham Seaholm High, class of '70, but have lived in New Mexico for the last 25 years.

It all happened at once! I finally got my Delta 44 working (on it's own IRQ without having to reinstall XP and go through all that blah blah)...

Was working sweet with .27 drivers, then I downloaded the new ones of the site and BAM! Didn't work no more. Because I'd only just gotten the card working though I rolled back to the .27 drivers (and all is well again) because I was like "Now what's wrong?!?" so I couldn't really be hassled trying to figure out what was wrong with the new drivers.

Will prob try them again in a day or two..
 
I was under the impression that the new drivers were strictly a Delta 1010 driver. Might check that out. Which platform are you recording on? Sonar?

They are for all Delta products. I haven't used them yet though...haven't been doing much lately!

I just uninstalled the .29 drivers and reinstalled the .27 drivers. I think I had the same problem as kylla on my W2k system (No sound). I sent an email to Midiman so lets see what I hear.
 
I installed them but for some reason my media players would not work so I reinstalled the old drivers.Which worked fine for be BTW.
